Get excited! The 2018 Rewards Trip will be taking place at the Now Onyx Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic between May 6th and 10th, 2018. All OPTAVIA Coaches who achieve this all-inclusive trip are permitted to bring one guest with them. Join us there – you don’t want to miss out on our first OPTAVIA trip in paradise with our extraordinary community!

This trip includes accommodations for 5 days and 4 nights at the Now Onyx under their “Unlimited-Luxury® Plan.” This plan includes all meals and most beverages, as well as select activities offered by Now Onyx. In addition, you and your Guest will each receive $900.00 in airfare credit, which will be reimbursed by OPTAVIA.


Qualifications

The Qualification Period began at 12:00 a.m. PST July 1st, 2017 and ends 11:59 p.m. PST January 31st, 2018. There are two ways that Coaches can qualify for the Rewards Trip.

Qualify as a Fully Integrated Business Leader 6 out of 7 months during the Qualification Period.

OR

Qualify as an Executive Director (or above) 3 out of 7 months during the Qualification Period AND earn a minimum of 600 Trip Points.

Please note that qualifying ranks do not have to be achieved consecutively. For example, if you achieve 600 Trip Points and qualify as an Integrated Executive Director in June 2017, August 2017 and October 2017, only the months of August and October would count towards the Rewards Trip Qualifications.

Generate 300 FLV per month during the Qualification Period. 1 Point
Sponsor a New Coach with 300 FLV from New Clients (in their first 30 days) during the Qualification Period. 10 Points
As a qualifying Senior Coach or higher, develop a New Senior Coach (down to the next qualifying Senior Coach in depth) during the Qualification Period. 30 Points
As a qualifying Executive Director or higher, develop a New Executive Director (down to the next qualifying Executive Director in depth) during the Qualification Period. 50 Points

 

Coaches have the opportunity to multiply the Trip Points outlined above for meeting certain leadership qualifications, known as the “Leadership Multiplier.” The Multiplier will be applied to anyone performing at the rank of: Integrated Regional Director (IRD), Integrated National Director (IND), Integrated Global Director (IGD), or Integrated Presidential Director (IPD), OR for a qualified Global or Presidential Director who is also performing as a Fully Integrated Business Coach.

Coaches eligible for the multiplier will receive a 10% bonus on the Trip Points earned that month for each unique, qualified FIBC team. For more detailed information and examples of how the Leadership Multiplier is applied, please read the Terms and Conditions.

Head to Office In Motion now and click on the image link within the Progress Report on the Home Page to view the new Rewards Trip Tracker! The Tracker will update with your points regularly throughout the day. From the Points summary, you and your Teams will be able to see a detailed breakdown of all activities that have earned you points. Points for each month will be finalized once the month has been finalized.
