Shipping Emails

Please be aware that at this time, we are currently experiencing a technical issue in which the automated shipping confirmation emails (which include your Client’s order tracking number) are not being sent. However, you can still view your Client’s tracking information by logging into Office in Motion by following these steps below:

  1. Log into your Office in Motion account
  2. Hover over the ‘Reports’ tab and click on ‘Orders’
  3. Change ‘Last Order Date Between’ to read ‘Current Month’ to ‘Current Month’
  4. Leave all other fields as-is (This will pull your frontline orders)
  5. Click ‘Show Report’
