Username Update

On Thursday, October 26, 2017, we will be updating the login procedure for all Clients and Coaches who currently login and order from their Coach’s personal website using a username, and not an email address. As of this Thursday, all of those accounts will need to use the email address associated with their account in order to login to their Coach’s personal website.

Those affected by this change will not need to take any action if the email address for their account is the most current address. If they try to login using their username, they will be redirected to a different page and prompted to login with their email address instead.

If your Coaches and Clients prefer, they can change their username to a different email address before it is automatically converted to the email address associated with their account. Below are some quick instructions explaining how they can change their username if they wish. For more detailed instructions with screenshots, click here.

  1. Login to your Coach’s personal site.
  2. Click on “My Account” in the header.
  3. Choose “My Profile” from the links on the left.
  4. Click the “Username” field and type your unique email address.
  5. Click “Save” to save your changes.
