Trade Shows, Expositions and Other Sales Forums Policy:

Only Certified OPTAVIA Coaches™ who are qualifying as an Executive Director or above may display and/or promote OPTAVIA® banners and products at trade shows and professional expositions. A non-Certified Coach, or OPTAVIA Coach not yet qualifying at the rank of Executive Director, may participate in a tradeshow only if another certified Executive Director is in attendance at the event with them.

While we appreciate Coaches notifying the Home Office of upcoming events they plan to attend, our policy does not require Coaches to reserve dates for trade shows as we are permitting more than one Coach per event. We encourage our Coaches to consult with Field Leadership to resolve issues with another Coach’s participation in an event. In many cases, events often only permit one vendor per company so it is important to properly register your business.
